I made a New Zealand short-tailed bat. I have used pieces of an egg carton for the bat’s ears and head.
The bat has milk carton wings and milk carton legs.
Its body is made out of a plastic bottle that has its top cut off and inside are the things he likes to eat. He is eating a puriri moth for his supper!
