Shipping

We ship all across New Zealand, and the cost depends on where you’re located. Check out the table below for zone-based shipping rates.

Prefer to pick your order up yourself? You’re welcome to swing by Aber Living, 17 Mainstreet Place, Te Rapa, Hamilton 3200 for free local pickup. Simply select this option at the checkout, and our team will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Sorry, we don’t ship internationally at this time—just keeping it local for now.

Shipping Zones:
Zone 1 – Auckland, Waikato & Bay of Plenty
Zone 2 – Rest of the North Island
Zone 3 – Nelson, Marlborough, Tasman, West Coast & Canterbury
Zone 4 – Rest of the South Island (Otago & Southland)

All orders are sent with tracking, and we use Move or Post Haste to get your gear to you.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 5–7 working days, starting from the day your order is picked up by the courier (not the day you place your order). Once it’s on the courier’s truck, it’s officially out of our hands—but we’ll always do our best to get your order moving quickly!

A few extra things to note:

  • Couriers don’t run on weekends or public holidays—and neither do we—so orders will only be shipped during business hours. We’re here Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and Fridays from 8:00am–4:30pm.

  • We can’t deliver to PO Boxes, so make sure you give us a physical address (including your company name if it’s heading to a worksite).

  • If something you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll be in touch with an update as soon as we can.

  • Placing a bulk order? Flick us a message and we’ll sort out the shipping details with you.
