During the NZ winter I spent the majority of my time in the Ohakune area at the base of Mt Ruapehu, so on a clear week, we decided to go out for a couple of nights in the bush.
We trialled the Pukeko hiking tent and I was surprised at how fast and easy it was to put up! It’s super lightweight and really waterproof too.
Throughout the day, myself, Rebecca Matthews and Thomas Hart, headed around the area towards the healing lakes with Murphy – Rebecca’s dog.
